POSITION SUMMARY

The Development Associate’s (known in the for profit world as a Business Development Manager) job entails developing new clients for i.c.stars social enterprise.  The essential responsibilities include lead generation, managing leads through close, proposal writing, and detailed reporting.

POSITION SUMMARY

The i.c.stars Social Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for leading the i.c.stars social enterprise, a division within our organization that hires i.c.stars program participants who have finished their internship and are now entering a paid ‘residency’ where they will do social media and web development for small businesses and corporate clients. It is an exciting opportunity to grow a business within i.c.stars that has the potential to create jobs for over 100 low income, resilient adults who participate in our program.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Training Program Manager is responsible for the quality of the training program. They oversee a continual process of keeping i.c.stars curriculum and projects up to date, lead the delivery of stand-up training and individualized instruction, and oversee the recruitment, assessment, and placement process. The role requires regular analytical and metrics-based reporting to other staff, board members, and stakeholders.
