i.c.stars Wikipedia page needs your help

The i.c.stars wiki page (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inner_City_Computer_Stars), has been flagged for deletion. Its been a very long time since it was updated and needs the collaborative writing abilities of the interns and alums.
Our hope for the wikipedia page is to define what i.c.stars means by leadership and to provide a roadmap for all alums, year by year, that can define what it means to be a community leader over the 5 years post i.c.stars.
This article may be "notable" in wiki terms as it will provide an example of the intangible concept of 'leadership' and become a starting place for other non-profits to copy and will provide a beginning place for non-profits to discuss 'impact' beyond economic terms.
TS will be posting her first draft of this leadership map in the next day or so to wikipedia. Please be thinking about (or comment on this thread) about what types of activities define a leader among i.c.stars graduates and edit the wiki page when its live.
Sample:
Year 1 - complete a website for a non-profit/church - market the site to generate 250 unique visitors
Year 2 - attend Local School Council meetings and build out a web capability that would help the school/students
Year 3 - join a junior/advisory board (e.g. i.c.stars board subcommittee)
Year 4 - build a team of volunteers and lead a project to develop a new web capability for the junior board
Year 5 - join a non-profit board
