Alumni Committees

1) Events- People who can rally people around a cause. Organized and engaging.

2) Program- Helping get the right coaches in and administering surveys to get community feed back. (Community = alumni, public, coaches, etc...)

(3) Speakers Bureau- A group of alumni who are good at facilitating things. Be it actually speaking, or looking for opportunities for i.c.stars alumni to speak.

4) Recruitment- They would being charge of information sessions, (bringing in the T.S. effect to them) H.R. people would be good for this role.

5) Growth- i.c.stars has exciting opportunities on the rise. (Rwanda, Atlanta, Bridges, Essentials) This committee would be a strategic committee. Positioning is everything for this group.

6) Nominating Committee- This committee will nominate people and figures out how to leverage the people nominated. Be it for awards or for task that the community of i.c.stars is good with, so that everyone is engaged. These people would also be good at posting the NEWS of i.c.stars.

7) Technology- Eric often times wants to go out into the tech world and gets experience with the latest in technology but is consumed with multiple responsibilities. The technology committee would go out and bring back discoveries into the community. Be it in workshops, Drafted curriculum and/or resources.
